CHEF

Benoit Robin,   French, 27 years, has been the chef aboard Wild Tigris since 2004.  He is fluent in French, English and Italian, holds a professional qualification as a chef (BEP) from La Rochelle, France.  He has learned his skills in top class restaurants in France, Le Claridge in La Rochelle; Hotel/Restaurant Le Miramar and Le Boticelli in Monaco.  He was worked on board private yachts catering for up to 25 persons.  Benoit is a very accomplished chef  and can produce a great variety of dishes from around the world, including French, Italian, Moroccan, Asian and Indian.

BREAKFAST

Fruit plate, freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, yogurts, mueslie, cereals.

A selection of freshly baked breads, croissants served each morning French toast, omelettes, cooked breakfast as desired
